Thank You for joining Hansen Wine Club. I acknowledge that I have agreed to accept a minimum of 2 shipments of at least 6 bottles each. The 1st and 2nd shipments are offered to me as a club member for 25% discount.
I understand that I may cancel my membership after receiving 2 shipments without further obligation.
I understand that I am responsible for an early cancellation fee of $75.00.
I understand that my cancellation Must be in Writing!!
It is my obligation to notify Hansen Vineyards & Winery of my address or credit card changes before wine is shipped and I will be responsible for any extra shipping charges incurred due to misdirected wines.
Please charge my credit card for the cost of each shipment, plus taxes (if applicable) and shipping, prior to each shipment. Void where prohibited. All Alcoholic Beverages are sold in California and title passes to the buyer.
